A price without a defined scope is a guess. We do not quote a number before we know what we are quoting. Instead we price against a defined scope, and we help you define it. That is the honest version of custom software pricing, and it is the one that protects your budget.
Accucia Softwares Pvt. Ltd. does not sell software by the hour or from a fixed price list, because custom software is scoped to each business. We start by understanding your requirement. If you already know exactly what you need, we document it and give you a fixed-scope estimate. If you are still shaping the idea, we run a paid, fixed-fee Discovery and Prototype sprint with a dedicated UI and UX designer and a business analyst, and you leave with a clickable prototype and a signed-off specification. Once scope is frozen on paper, we give you a firm build estimate. You own every document, whether or not you build with us.

The Discovery and Prototype sprint, for a fixed fee
A dedicated UI and UX designer works alongside a project coordinator or business analyst, with you, to turn the idea into something you can see and sign off. In this sprint we:
- Map the real workflow and the outcome you need
- Design a clickable prototype you can actually click through
- Write a specification and scope document that you agree to
You pay a fixed fee for this sprint, set from its scope, not an open-ended rate that grows while you wait. At the end you hold two things that are yours to keep: a working prototype and a documented specification. You can build them with us, take them elsewhere, or pause and come back.
This removes the single biggest risk in custom software, which is starting to build before anyone has agreed what finished looks like.
From frozen scope to a firm estimate
Once the prototype and the documents are signed off, the scope is frozen on paper. Against that frozen scope we give you a firm build estimate: the cost, the timeline and the milestones. What you approve is a known number and not a moving one.
If you want to change something after this point, you can, and we will show you exactly what that change adds before you commit to it. No surprises at the invoice.
