Web ERP - Complete Hospital Administration

We created a centralized system managing the entire hospital operation. The comprehensive admin master handles patient management with complete demographics, hospital and branch configuration, modality and investigation management, equipment tracking, user management across all roles, consent forms, referral source tracking, and financial management.

Patient Management System: Complete patient lifecycle from registration to discharge. Staff register patients with full demographics, assign unique IDs, track complete medical history across visits and branches, and manage all patient interactions in one system. Color-coded interface with quick search makes managing thousands of patient records efficient.

Equipment & Investigation Management: We built complete equipment lifecycle tracking for all diagnostic equipment (CT Scan, MRI, X-Ray, Sonography, Color Doppler, etc.). The system tracks equipment status, assigns to branches, manages maintenance schedules, and monitors utilization. Investigation management defines all diagnostic services, sets pricing, configures report formats, and enables dynamic pricing across modalities.

Executive Dashboard: Real-time metrics showing investigation counts by type, patient flow (today’s patients, pending reports, pending prints), financial overview (patient dues, hospital dues, paid amounts), and branch-wise performance. Managers filter by date range, modality, investigation type, or reporting center for precise insights.

Referral & Lead Management: Systematic tracking of who referred each patient (doctors, channels, marketing sources), referral source performance analysis, and revenue tracking by referrer. This transformed informal referral relationships into systematic business intelligence.

Financial System: Complete billing with itemized investigation charges, multi-mode payment collection, outstanding dues tracking, hospital payables management, and expense tracking. Real-time revenue visibility enables data-driven financial decisions.

The mobile app adapts to each user role, showing relevant information and features.

Doctor Features: View appointments by date with patient details, access complete patient history, see waiting lists in real-time, manage consultation schedules, and communicate with staff. Branch-wise patient view enables seamless multi-branch practice.

Technician Features: Receive investigation assignments with patient details, mark investigations completed, upload reports directly, and track pending work across branches. Eliminates paper-based workflows.

Ambulance Driver Features: Customer pickup management with patient name/contact, pickup address with maps, timing, destination, and special instructions. Drivers mark completions creating accountability.

Group Chat Communication: WhatsApp-style groups by department, branch, or project. Staff send messages, images, documents, @mention team members, and maintain conversation history. Replaces scattered WhatsApp groups with unified professional communication.

Social Engagement: The app doubles as a hospital social platform with birthday celebrations, blood donation camp announcements, hospital event updates, achievements showcase, and health tips. Creates community feeling and improves staff retention.

Task & TODO Management: Personal task lists with priorities, team task assignment, completion tracking, reminder notifications, and recurring tasks. Brings productivity tools into work context.

Technical Architecture

Laravel powers the web ERP with its mature ecosystem handling complex business logic, authentication, and database management. Flutter creates native-quality mobile apps for iOS and Android with Firebase for real-time chat, push notifications, and cloud document storage.

PostgreSQL provides ACID-compliant data storage crucial for healthcare. The relational model handles complex relationships between patients, investigations, equipment, staff, and branches. Redis caching reduces database load by caching active patient lists, equipment availability, and appointment data.
