About Right Human Nutrition

Founded in 2020 by Shivangi Desai (certified health coach and advanced supplement advisor) and Sneh Desai (life coach), Right Human Nutrition (RHN) is India’s premium health and fitness brand delivering clean, science-backed dietary supplements. Operating under the RHNfit brand, they’ve built a reputation for transparency, quality, and customer education in the competitive supplement industry.

The Challenge

RHNfit started with a WordPress + WooCommerce setup - the standard choice for small e-commerce businesses. As they grew rapidly, the limitations became severe operational bottlenecks threatening their expansion.

Critical Pain Points:

Scaling Limitations: WordPress struggled with high traffic during flash sales, causing site crashes and lost revenue. Plugin conflicts caused frequent downtime. Page load times increased as product catalog grew. Mobile experience was poor despite responsive themes.
